About Pizza Lobo

Your neighborhood tavern with seriously good pizza!

Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 12 pm–12 am. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Pizza Lobo at (312) 548-9576; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is pizzalobo.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 894 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pizza restaurants in Chicago.

Great patio; there always seems to be a seat available, even if it means joining others at one of the large fire pits. The QR code order system makes it great for catching a bus at the right time since I can pay whenever. Super dog friendly. My Pom loves watching others play bocce ball.

Pizza, drinks & desserts are amazing as always. This was our first time bringing our dog to the patio outside and we got him a Scooby snack from the menu πŸ₯° the staff was also kind enough to bring him a special water bowl. ❀️

My partner and I tried Pizza Lobo for the first time recently and it was delicious. He ordered the spicy meatball (because we heard their vodka sauce pizzas are legendary) and I ordered the white pizza. Both were delicious! The spicy meatball had a kick but wasn’t overpowering. The meatball and the vodka sauce were pleasantly spicy. The white pizza was so delicious. The crust was chewy (but not too chewy) and the ricotta was delightful. If white pizza is your bag, do yourself a favor: put down your phone and go put this pizza in your face. You can thank me later.

Awesome NY style pizza in Chicago. Order on the QR code and the slices are brought right out. We sat outside by the fire pit - great spot. Lots of kids though

Amazing pizza with fresh ingredients and great flavor. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff provided excellent service from start to finish. Definitely a great spot in Andersonville and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

2 slices is a perfect amount of food for a little snack and this place has some amazing slices. I got the borgata (I think?) and it was amazing. For seating its first come, first served so snag a seat when you see a table open up! It’s war out here!

Local bar and pizza joint, cool atmosphere, great food and drinks. The Miami Vice cocktail is delicious. French fries made to order and served hot! Angie, bartender, is an awesome person to know; she'll treat you right and treat you well. Will definitely be back soon!

Their pizza is amazing. I love that you can get so many options by the slice. The Borgata is my favorite! However, there are no bad options. I cannot say enough good things about their ordering system. You scan the code, put in the order on your phone, and they drop your items off right to your specific location. Submit additional items as you want on your phone, there's no waiting for a waiter/waitress to take your order. I wish more places had this set up. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you do have questions, they are pretty easy to get ahold of. I've not been a big fan of the special cocktails they have on the menu; however, if you pour a spicy tequila shot into the frozen Miami Vice... It is amazing! Plus you can get a slice of cheese pizza for $1 extra when you order the Miami Vice.
